Sign up for the Starter plan and you get 14 days free — up to 2 documents per day with online neural voices and online translation. We collect your payment method at sign-up so the plan auto-renews on day 15 at €4.99/month. Cancel anytime before day 15 from your account to avoid any charges.

Access is blocked until you subscribe. We do NOT downgrade to a free tier — the Starter plan is paid after 14 days. Your library and reading positions remain stored locally; if you subscribe later you pick up exactly where you left off.

Yes. Cancel from your account at any time, no questions and no retention call. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Your account and your local library stay, so you can re-subscribe later. Deleting your account is a separate action (see below).

Closing your account cancels your subscription and starts a 30-day window to export your data or reactivate the account. After 30 days we delete your account and operational data. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires. The library files stored locally on your device are always yours.

We honour a 30-day refund policy from your first paid charge. If Auris Reader does not work for you, email info@aurisreader.com within 30 days and we refund without questions.

Not yet. Starter is the only plan on sale today; Pro and Premium are coming soon, and when they open you will be able to change plan from your account.

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible browsers. Bank transfers and PayPal are not available at this time.

Yes. The price you see is the final one — that is what you are charged, with nothing added at checkout. Which tax applies depends on where you live, because digital services are taxed in the customer’s country, and your invoice reflects it where applicable. You can download every invoice from your account at any time.

No, and that is a design decision. Auris Reader plays your books live instead of converting them: that is why you can change the voice or the language in the middle of a chapter and carry on from where you were, instantly and with nothing to re-generate. An exported file would freeze both choices and, with a copyrighted book, it would also create a distributable copy of a work you bought to read. If what you need is a file for the car, an EPUB-to-audiobook converter is a different tool for a different job.
